Resolving data mismatches for Individualised Learner Record (ILR) for Apprenticeships – R14 hard close

Resolving data mismatches for Individualised Learner Record (ILR) for Apprenticeships – R14 hard close

In order to get paid for apprenticeship delivery up to 31 July 2018, you must ensure data mismatches between the ILR and apprenticeship service data are resolved before the R14 submission closes on 18 October at 6pm.

Where you need support to resolve these you should refer to the guidance published on https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/apprenticeship-technical-funding-guide.
If you are still unable to resolve an issue you can contact the service desk by Email: SDE.servicedesk@education.gov.uk or Telephone: 0370 2670001.

It is important that you try to resolve any outstanding issues as early as possible as we will be unable to make any changes after the R14 deadline has passed and you will not receive payment for activity relating to August 2017 to July 2018 for any data mismatch not resolved by this date.

    Hi
We’re having the same problem as Michelle. The learner in question was withdrawn on the ILR & stopped on the AS in August 2018 however we’re getting the DLOCK 10 error for our R14 submission.
    Can anyone help?

We have exactly the same issue with 14 different learners. Plus some saying the learner has been paused by the employer – but the learner’s record is showing as live on DAS. I’ve raised an incident with the Service Desk but awaiting a response…

Hi I am currently submitting my R14, ILR Validation report has gone through with no errors, the Apprenticeship Data Matching report has come back with an error with regards to one of our withdrawn learners, I have withdrawn him from the ILR and the digital account on the same date, but am receiving the following error…’The employer has stopped payments for this apprentice’, are you able to advise how we can resolve this error?
