Good Morning, When the apprentice engages in learning, the 20% off the training element is based on the planned hours. If the apprentice is looking like they might finish earlier than planned is it acceptable to change the 20% off the job based on the actual end date, or do they still need to complete the original planned 20%hours. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
It would be 20% based on the actual duration of the Apprenticeship so this could be adjusted where they complete prior to their planned end date.
As long as they have spent a minimum of 20% of their contracted hours (less holidays) over the duration of the Apprenticeship then this would meet the funding rule requirement.
