    Hi,

Are things done differently when a learner changes from ACT2 to ACT1 mid learning compared to changing from ACT1 to ACT2? I have a match error for a learner who has changed from ACT2 to ACT1 but I have recorded the TNP record exactly the same as when changing from ACT1 to ACT2 which has not caused any match errors for learners I have in this situation. I am recording them as below:

TNP1 – start date to the change of employer date
TNP2 – start date with the end date left open
TNP3 – start date as from new employer

    Thanks
    Martyn.

    Hi,
As long as you have added a new Learner Employment Status record and a new Apprenticeship contract type FAM record this should be ok:
What is the data match error?

    Hi Martin,

Yes I have added an employment status record to the learner record for the new employer.

The data match error relates to the residual amount against the TNP amount.

    Thanks
    Martyn.
