    Hi,

How do training providers track the disadvantage uplift, how do you use it to support each learner and how do you evidence this?

We have used this generally for support across all apprentices on programme in various ways but a stuck when it comes to how we use it for each specific learner.

    Thanks

    Beth

    Hi,
The advice in the funding guidance is:
The disadvantage uplift should be used on costs to support the apprentice’s training, for example on travel costs or personal support.

Note this allows expenditure for what may be ineligible costs that cannot be included in the negotiated price.
