    Hi all,

I can’t access the LRS; all I get is a blue box saying

The specified URL cannot be found.

Anyone know if the address has changed or anything?

Thanks, but still not working for me…is it working okay for you? It could be our network, as my colleague can’t access it either.

Yes, working for me. The email of 16/11/2017 said (see “whitelist”):

    Dear User,

    Important Information

The LRS plans to change the URL address to the LRS Organisation Portal on the 22nd November 2017.

For most organisations this will have no impact, but if your organisation currently has a whitelist of accepted and approved URL’s, you will need to make arrangements to replace the old address by the 22nd November, otherwise you won’t be able to access the portal.

If your organisation needs to whitelist the URL, you will need to include the following two addresses:
    https://lrs.imservices.org.uk
    https://idp2.lrs.imservices.org.uk

Please check with your IT support team if the change impacts your organisation.

For all other users, please replace the current URL from your favourites and start to use the new link to the portal from, Wednesday, 22nd November. The new URL for the LRS Organisation Portal is: https://lrs.imservices.org.uk

Note: This change doesn’t impact web service operations (MI system is integrated with the LRS) and no further action is required to be taken.

We apologise for inconvenience caused and thank you for your ongoing support.

    Kind regards
    LRS Business Support Team

Thanks, Andrew. Tried it in another browser and it worked, so it seems it was just a matter of clearing some out of date files from the cache. Should have tried that to begin with, in all honesty.
