In the spirit of changes and improvements to the Hub, please can I ask when you will be keeping it open more of the time, rather than the reduced windows?

    Many thanks,
    Caspar

The new Data Collections Service will be built on Microsoft’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) – this offering allows for continuous integration (CI) and deployment (CD) in to a live environment (the current service does not have this capability).

The non-functional testing phase has not yet started so I cannot guarantee the Service being open longer, that said all the early indications are Service availability in the future would significantly increase.
