Possibly not a question ideally suited for this forum, but not sure where else to ask.
Anybody else having significant problems with Walled Garden recently? For the last three or so weeks, colleagues and I have found it to be slow almost to the point of being unusable. I’m also encountering a lot of generic server errors, especially when registering learners.
Having contacted their customer service department and being told to try a different browser (which isn’t too far removed from “have you tried turning it off and on again”), I thought I’d see if other users of their site are having similar issues to try and get a proper response from them that way.
