    Just after some advice, we’ve got a candidate who’s planned end date isn’t until January 2019, but has decided she wants to finish earlier than that, as long as they have met the minimum duration i.e. doesn’t work less than 30 hours and meets a year and a day.

    Can we complete them? and then would this then trigger the rest of the payments to be made out of the employers digital account?

    Yes, and this would trigger balancing payments from DAS and to the Provider

    And this would be okay in regards to Audit with the completion date 6 months prior?

    For a completion this would have no financial implications at audit, but it may raise a question over if the duration was set with regard to the individuals APL and skills.
