I have a query where a learner had returned from a break in learning at a new employer but became an early leaver within 4 weeks at their new employer. They were with their first employer for 11.5 weeks. Am I right in thinking the 2nd employer would be due the employer incentive payment?
I do not know the actual circumstances, but it does not look appropriate to have a BIL, change employer and then they leave the new employer within 4 weeks. You cannot return from a BIL and change employer as it is the employer who agrees the BIL.
