    Hi all,

Can a statement of results issued by a school be used as evidence of L2 English and maths?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Jess

If it is a statement of results from an awarding body (often given out by the school) then this is acceptable. It’s only if it states ‘provisional results’ that it can’t be accepted.

I’ve used this website as a baseline for a lot of ours:

    https://acecerts.co.uk/web/acceptable-evidence

All of our Apprentices are on standards, but as this seems to be an evidence catalogue with acceptable evidence as outlined by the providers that supply it I feel like it’s a good place to start at least?

In addition, you can always scan and send to ACE via the online helpdesk and ask them to check if acceptable. I’ve used this method a few times and it works well. Alternatively, can you see the learner PLR report?

    Regards,

    Sue
