    We are a small 16-19 Study Programme provider. We currently are not delivering GCSE to meet the condition of funding, however we have 2 learners that have D and we are looking at extending their programmes 450+ so that they can work towards GCSE. Does anyone outsource GCSE delivery? If so how does this work with regard to claiming Qualification hours in the study programme?

    Ooh, that’s an interesting one. ESFA *really* don’t like subcontracting on 16-18 provision, see big document here:

    but they really like people doing GCSEs…

    It’s going to be an absolute pain for two learners, that much I can tell you…
