    Dear All

We have a Turkish learner with a ECAA visa. Would they be eligible for ESFA funding?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Hi Yazz.

They would still need to have 3 years residency. This is a business person’s visa and I believe allows indefinite leave to remain.
