Um, don’t people only get P45s when they leave a job?
The thing is, you can kind of accept what you want:
You must have seen evidence of the learner’s gross annual wages in these
circumstances. This could be a wage slip within 3 months of the learner’s
learning start date, or a current employment contract which states gross monthly/

I have asked the Service Desk regarding the above rules and they have just said that as long as we are happy that the evidence would stand up to audit scrutiny we can use discretion ….. which isn’t particularly helpful.
