Apologies if this has been asked previously.

We are just trying to get our heads around our 1st few New Standards learners, and i will confess i have not read every ESFA document in full yet!

Does the 90 day Timely Success rate rule still apply as per normal to new standards.

We are planning to make our PED/Exp End Date the day delivery stops/and the learner is ready for the Gateway. We were not building the EPA into our funded delivery. But were hoping we still had the 90 day rule for EPA, or a re-sit if required.

Could i ask what other people are doing? This isn’t really my area (i’m strictly data entry!), but am posting on behalf of a colleague.

    Thank You.

    Hi Caz,
For apprenticeship standards, the Learning planned end date must include both the training and end point assessment period.
The above is from the ILR specifications so you will need a re-think but the 90 days will still apply for timely success rates.

Thanks Martin, i will pass on your feedback.
