I hope someone can help as I am pulling my hair out this close to the R04 deadline;
Both the FIS and the Hub PDF violation report is reporting that we have 304 invalid 16 to 18 non apprenticeship learners but when I look at the CSV error report that comes with it, there are only a handful of errors affecting just 8 learners so I can’t understand why there are a remaining 296 invalid learners. How can I make them valid if I don’t know who they are or what the errors are?
I have been doing the funding returns for years and have never come across this, the only thing that is different this year, is that we have merged colleges and have a new migrated system.
Any feedback on this would be very much appreciated, you all know how stressful this is.
