Hi there,
I have the ESFA coming next week for a Compliance visit as a new Employer Provider.
Can anyone offer any hints/tips please? Any area I should be particularly focused on?
Many thanks!
Hi, We have our compliance visit next week too and have a letter detailing what they want to look at, have you received this?
Regards,
Sue
Hi Sue, can you tell me how far in advance you received your letter?
Thanks
Received it last week, Jade, once we had our date/time confirmed.
It’s not so bad, I’m using it more as a support visit rather than thinking of it like an inspection. They just want to know that you have in place what you said in RoATP submission (not the non-levy ITT, though would expect that to be similar).
Regards,
Sue
Has anyone had their ESFA compliance visit yet?

Hi,
We have recently received a call from the ESFA wanting to do a controlled review of our processes. Would this be the same sort of compliance visit as mentioned?
We became a prime provider last year and this is the first communication we have had from the ESFA.
Could someone please clarify?
Many thanks
