Please could you explain how we would record the following on our subcontractor declaration:

The value of a hairdressing apprenticeship is £9,000 and the employer agrees to pay the full £9,000. We agree with the employer that a subcontractor will deliver all of the training, and the assessment will be delivered by the lead provider. For the purpose of this example the training and assessment are of equal value, so the provider would pay the subcontractor £4,500 less their fees of say 10%, and the provider would retain £4,500 for the assessment part of the delivery.

Is the value of the subcontract £9,000 or £4,500?

And how do we record this on the ILR so to claim the full £9000 but indicate that the main provider only keeps 50%
