    Hi there,

    I wonder if someone can help me with the mechanics of dealing with a transfer retrospectively, we have a Non-Levy learner who has left her employer in the beginning of August, she started employment with a Levy Employer on 24/8/18 and I need help on knowing how to deal with her on the ILR, do I put her on a Break in Learning, therefore the funding would adjust itself? Or do I treat her as a normal transfer from one Employer to another?

    Any help would be gratefully received.

    Hi Jax,
    You should withdraw the learner and then restart them with the new employer, you should not use a BIL in these circumstances.

    Thank you very much for that, do I start her on her new program as a new start with original start date input, as well as new start date or as a normal transfer (re-start).

    Where they are restarting the same Apprenticeship with a new employer they you would include the original start date.
